Made two appearances and threw 2.1 innings for the Panthers as a sophomore…saw action vs. Davenport and at Quincy and recorded a strikeout in each contest...named to GLVC All-Academic team.

2017
Collin made five appearances, threw two innings, and had two strikeouts at Southern Indiana.

HIGH SCHOOL
Collin tied the Francis Howell Central school record for wins (13) and ranked second in the Gateway Athletic South Conference in strikeouts, wins, innings pitched and complete games...Herdt went 8-4 with a 3.52 earned run average and 54 strikeouts in 71 innings pitched as a junior, earning All-GAC Honorable Mention honors...Was named Athlete of the Month...Helped Francis Howell Central claim a District title and a GAC South title...A member of the 2016 Premier National Champion Rawlings Tigers summer club program, Herdt plans on majoring in business at Drury...Was an Academic All-Conference selection and earned the MSHSAA Award of Excellence...Graduated with a 4.2 grade point average and ranked in the top 10% of his class...DECA officer for two years and received the Standards of Academic Accomplishment.
