Served as a pitcher and at first base, playing in 43 games and making 38 starts in her first year at Drury and her sophomore season...hit .288 and recorded 30 hits with 16 RBIs, and scored 11 runs….tied for the team lead with three homers, was third on the team with 16 RBIs, and finished fourth on the team for slugging percentage (.413), hits (30), and doubles (4)…had a seven-game hitting streak from March 13-18...as a pitcher, she made 16 appearances and had a 4-4 record with a 4.37 ERA…had a season-high seven strikeouts in her first outing of the season vs. Alabama A&M…threw 59.1 innings and posted 39 strikeouts.

She was a First Team All-Conference selection in 2016-17 and earned Second team All-Conference honors in 2015-16...A native of Sierra Vista, Arizona, Hailly played for Buena High School before going to Southeastern Community College.
