Kaden had 12 plate appearances and had 2 hits. He swiped a base and appeared in 17 games on the season as a pitcher, outfielder, and a pinch runner.

2019
A Second Team All-GLVC selection, Kaden finished second on the Panthers with three saves, racking those up vs. Arkansas Tech, Missouri Southern, and Quincy.  Helsel made 20 appearances and threw 61.2 innings with a season-high nine strikeouts in games at St. Edward’s and vs. Lewis.  Kaden saw 7.1 innings of action at St. Edward’s and 6.1 innings at Truman State.  Posted a 7-5 record on the season and a 4.82 ERA.   Helsel hit .288 at the plate in 66 at bats and finished the season with 19 hits, 15 runs, and 14 RBIs.  Had a season-high three hits at Missouri Southern, and had a season-high three runs and three RBIs at Rockhurst.  Also matched that season-high three RBIs in the Panthers February 24 contest with Lewis...Named Academic All-GLVC.

HIGH SCHOOL
Was a three -time All-State pitcher who had a 1.92 ERA and graduated with a 3.9 grade point average while at South Callaway High School.
