Threw 29 innings and posted a 3-3 record with a 6.52 ERA. . . Earned victories vs. Saint Joseph's (3/17/12), at Wisconsin-Parkside (3/24/12) and vs. William Jewell (5/1/12). . . Had a season high three strikeouts five times and 21 K's on the year. . . Threw a season high 6.1 innings at Wisconsin-Parkside and threw five innings vs. William Jewell (5/1/12). . . Made nine appearances and started six games.

PREP...
Was a First Team All-Conference and Third Team All-State pitcher his senior season and led a pitching staff that broke the school record for strikeouts. . . Also a speedy runner, Lucas broke the record for most stolen bases in a season. . . Lucas earned Second Team All-Conference honors as a sophomore at Willard High School. . . Helped Willard to a 22-6 record, tying the school record for wins and Willard broke the school record for most hits by a team. . . Willard also won the Red and Blue Tournament and finished second in the COC. . . Very good student who graduated Magna Cum Laude and completed the A+ Program and was a four year honor roll student.
