PREP...
Lockhart is a 6-foot-1 point guard from Chaminade High School in St. Louis, where he helped lead the Red Devils to the Missouri Class 5 state championship and a 27-4 record this past March. . . Lockhart averaged 15.9 points, 5.7 assists and 3.1 steals as a senior. . . He earned First Team All-State honors and earned conference player of the year honors. . . Lockhart had 21 points, five assists and three steals in the state title game win over Grandview to cap a 27-4 season for the Red Devils. . . He also reportedly had offers from NCAA Division I LaSalle as well as D-II members Southern Indiana and Pittsburg State, among others.
