Alec O'Reilly will enter his second year as the graduate assistant coach for the Panthers in 2023-24.
O'Reilly came to Drury from Missouri State, where he served as the video and analytics coordinator on the men's basketball coaching staff for four seasons under head coach Dana Ford. His role included film analysis and preparation, statistical analysis, game planning, alumni relations, summer camp director, equipment liaison, and player development coordinator.
He graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2018 with a degree in Business Administration. While working on his undergraduate degree, he served the Razorbacks men's basketball team as their analytics manager for three years.
A Springfield native, O'Reilly graduated from Springfield-Catholic High School and earned the team's leadership award following his senior season.
