2025-26 Academic All-America of the Year Feature

Zornoza became the first Drury student-athlete to be honored as a CSC Academic All-America^® Team Member of the Year, in addition to leading a contingent of three Panthers named First-Team Academic All-America...led the Panthers to a national runner-up finish at the 2026 NCAA Division II Swimming and Diving Championships in March, claiming an individual national title in the 200 back (1:41.20)...took home second place in the 100 back and third in the 200 IM...he also swam legs of the Panthers' 400 medley and 800 free relay teams, both of which brought home runner-up finishes at the national meet...also turned in a strong showing at the GLVC Championships, helping Drury to a second-place finish; that performance included a GLVC Championship record-breaking time of 1:42.67 in the 200 back, as well as a first-place effort in the 100 back (46.39).

2024-25
Turned in a national runner-up finish in the 200 back (1:42.37) at the NCAA Championships; also logged a third-place effort in the 100 back (46.15)...placed 11th in the 200  IM and 14th in the 200 free at the national meet...helped the Panthers to second-place finishes in the 400 free and 800 free relays.

2023-24
Competed in 10 meets as a freshman...set career-best mark in the 200 back (1:45.49), finishing 13th overall at the NCAA Championships.
