Son of David Kohler and Linda Lowe.
AT DRURY...
CAREER
Member of four National Championship teams, Chris was on the National Champion 400 Free Relay team his freshman season. . . Had a pair of top 20 finishes at Nationals, an 18th in the 200 Free his sophomore season and a 19th in the 200 Free his junior year.
SENIOR
Placed 21st in the 50 Free (20.74) and was 23rd in the 200 Free (1:39.89) at the 2012 NCAAII National Meet.
JUNIOR
Placed 19th in the 200 Free, was 33rd in the 50 Free and 38th in the 100 Free at the NCAA-II National Meet.
SOPHOMORE
Key swimmer on Panther relay teams, Chris was on the third place 400 Free Relay team and the fifth place 200 Free Relay team. . . He finished 18th in the 200 Free, was 30th in the 50 Free and 35th in the 100 Free.
FRESHMAN
Was on the national record setting 400 Free Relay team with a time of 2:56.63 at the 2009 National meet.
PREP...
Qualified for Junior Nationals and state in the 100 and 200 Free while at Spring High School in Texas. . . Broke Spring High School records in the 200 Free, 200 IM and 500 Free. . . Was coached by Rick Mills. . . Graduated with a 4.1 grade point average.
