Maynard completed his fourth season with the Panthers and was named to GLVC All-Academic team for the fourth time in his career.

2017-18
Completed his third season on the squad...named to GLVC All-Academic for the third time in his career. 

2016-17
Finished his second year on the team...named to GLVC All-Academic team for the second time in his career. 

2015-16
Completed his first season on the squad...named to GLVC All-Academic team. 

High School
Dan was on the State champion 200 Medley Relay his junior season at Staley High School in Kansas City . . . Was an All-State selection in the 200 IM and the 100 Breast his senior season and was an All-State Honorable mention selection in the 200 IM and the 100 Back sophomore and junior seasons . . . Helped Staley set a school records in the 200 Medley Relay and 200 Free Relay and set individual school records in the 100 Fly and 100 Back. . . Graduated with a 4.0 grade point average, was an AP Scholar and was member of the National Honor Society.
