Swam in three events at Nationals with his top finish of 14th in the 100 Fly (49.04) . . . Was 36th in the 50 Free (20.78) and was 54th in the 100 Free (46.45) . . . Had best time of 48.48 in the 100 Fly and 45.82 in the 100 Free both coming at the UALR Christmas Invitational. . . Was on the GLVC Champion 400 Medley Relay team and placed fifth in the 100 Fly.

PREP...
A Nordic Junior Champion in the 50 Free in 2010, Fred posted a top time of 22.11 in the Short Course Meters.
