Son of Paul and Agata Winiewicz.
AT DRURY...
JUNIOR
One of the Panthers top swimmers on the 2011 National Champions. Michal placed sixth in the 200 Free, eleventh in the 100 Free, sixteenth in the 500 Free and seventeenth in the 1000 Free.
SOPHOMORE
Had an outstanding National Championship meet and was on the national champion 400 IM and 800 Free Relay teams...Winiewicz was also on the third place 400 Free Relay team...Michal placed third in the 200 Free, was seventh in the 100 Free and 10th in the 500 Free.
FRESHMAN
Was on the national record setting 800 Free Relay team at the 2009 meet...Was seventh in the 200 Free, ninth in the 500 Free and 12th in the 1000 Free at the 2009 NCAA-II National meet.
PREP...
Has recorded personal bests of 51.8 in the 100 Free long course and 1:52.09 in the 200 Free long course...Was a medalist at the Polish National Championships....Was a finalist at the European National Championships in 2006 in the 200 Free.
