2018-19
Young completed his senior season with the Panthers and took a fifth place at Nationals and a second place at the GLVC Championships in the 200 Breast.

2017-18
Young earned a pair of top 10 finishes at the 2018 national meet, coming in seventh in the 400 IM and taking a 10^th place finish in the 200 Breast…He claimed the 2018 GLVC title in the 200 Fly and was third in the 200 IM.

2016-17
Young competed at the National meet in the 200 Breast and the 200 Fly, with 16^th and 17^th place finishes respectively…Was named PNC Athlete of the Week by the Great Lakes Valley Conference for the week of January 11…Seo was on the second place 800 Free Relay team and the fifth place 400 Free Relay team at the Great Lakes Valley Conference Championships…He took fourth in the 200 Fly and was seventh in both the 200 IM and the 400 IM at the GLVC meet.

High School
Young broke some of Michael Phelps age group records and holds multiple SoCal swimming records...Helped Crescenta Valley to a 2012 CIF-SS DS title and runner up finishes in 2010 and 2013...He holds 13-14 SoCal swimming records...Among those include the 200 SCY Fly (1:49.93), 400 SCY IM (3:55.10) which broke Michael Phelps record and the 400 IM LCM IM (4:35.20)...In 2015-16 set the 400 SCY IM record (3:47.74)...Best time in SCY are 1:47.27 in the 200 IM, 3:47.74 in the 400 IM, 1:46.21 in the 200 Fly and 1:58.24 in the 200 Breast.
