2019-20
Ran his top 8K time (28:20.0) of the season at the Great Lakes Valley Conference Championships…Ran at the SW Baptist Invite 22:39.5 in the 6.4K and ran a 29:03.7 at the Missouri Southern Stampede...was in five indoor meets...came in 6th in the 600 (1:19.31) at Missouri Southern...named Academic All-GLVC.
HIGH SCHOOL
Thomas placed 13th in 2019 in the state cross country meet and took third at the state track meet...Was on the fifth place 4x8 team in track in field in 2019...Won districts in 2018 in cross country...On the seventh place 4x8 track team and placed third in 2018 at cross country sectionals...Was on the second place 4x8 team for track and field in 2016 and on the district champion track and field team at Jefferson City in 2017.
