Daughter of Rick and Courtney Forge.

CAREER...
Forge wrapped up her very successful career as a Panther tied for the all-time lead for homers with 19. . . She is second all-time with a .454 on base percentage, third all-time for both batting average (.339) and walks (59), ranks fourth all-time with 246 putouts, is tied for fourth with 30 doubles and ranks fifth for both RBIs (71) and total bases (191).

SENIOR...
A First Team All-GLVC selection, Carson set single season records for homers with 13th which tied for eighth best in the GLVC and set a new single season Panther record with a .695 slugging percentage. . . Tied the single game record for total bases with 10 at Lincoln on March 9 a game in which she hit two homers . . . Tied the school record for most walks in a game with three vs. Rogers State on April 23 . . . Had 107 total bases which ranks second all-time and tied for second most doubles in a season with 15 which was third best in the GLVC . . . Her 40 doubles were third most by a Panther and her .466 on base percentage was fifth best. . . Averaged 0.29 doubles per game good for sixth best in the GLVC and ranked seventh in the GLVC for homers per game (0.25). . . Tied for seventh in the GLVC with 25 walks and was eighth in the GLVC at 0.48 walks per game. . . Ranked 47th in the NCAA for home runs, 68th for home runs per game, 86th in slugging percentage and was 119th for doubles per game. . .Had a career high five RBIs at Southwest Baptist on April 14. . . Matched her career best with three runs in three games and had a season best three hits in five games with a season high nine game hitting streak . . . Had two doubles in games vs. Rogers State on April 23 and at Lewis on April 27. . . Hit .344 on the season with 40 RBIs, 38 runs, 53 hits and 15 doubles. . . Stole three of four bases she attempted. . . . Recorded 54 put outs and had 123 assists at third base.

AT DRURY...
JUNIOR

Carson earned Second Team All-Daktronics Midwest Region and Second Team All-Great Lakes Valley Conference honors and led the Panthers with a .333 batting average, and a .467 on base percentage, a 610 slugging percentage . . . Named Great Lakes Valley Conference Player of the Week for April 14th . . . Carson led the Lady Panthers with a .429 (6-for-14) batting average and seven RBIs in four road games against cross division foes Illinois Springfield and McKendree, respectively to earn that honor . . .  She posted three multi-hit games, collected a .929 slugging average, and had a .467 on base percentage for that week . . . Forge also led Drury with 47 hits (had a season high 11 game hitting streak), 31 RBIs and was second on the team with 24 runs . . . Led DU with 84 total bases, was the team leader with 34 walks and led the Panthers with six homers . . . Forge had a season high four hits vs. Maryville (4/6/14) and had three RBIs twice, those in games vs. Saint Joseph's (3/14/14) and at Missouri S&T (4/22/14) . . . Scored a season best three runs vs. Maryville . . . Had two doubles in games vs. Missouri Southern State (2/23/14) and vs. Maryville . . . Posted triples in games vs. Saint Joseph's and at Illinois-Springfield (4/11/14) . . . Had eight total bases vs. Saint Joseph's and was walked three times at William Jewell (4/25/14) . . . Stole two bases, one vs. Missouri Southern (2/23/14) and one at Pittsburg State (4/16/14) . . . PREP/PREVIOUS SCHOOL...
Comes to Drury from Crowder Community College where she was a NJCAA All-American in 2012 and a NFCA All-American . . . Helped Crowder to the 2012 National Championship Tournament . . . Earned All-Region Tournament team honors in 2013 and All-Region honors in both 2012 and 2013 . . . Carson had 21 homers, 110 RBIs, a .733 slugging percentage and hit .397 for her two seasons at Crowder . . . At Hallsville High School she earned All-State, All-District and All-Conference honors . . . Helped Hallsville to a District title in softball, a District and Conference title in basketball and was the starting guard who made their first top four state championship appearance coming in third . . . She was an All-Region, All-District and All-Conference selection in basketball as well . . . Threw the shot put and discus on the track team and earned All-Conference honors . . . Carson was also an excellent student who received NJCAA Pinnacle Award for Academic Excellence . . . She received the James T. Payne Academic Achievement Award for highest GPA for the Athletic Department while at Crowder . . . Carson earned Crowder's Outstanding Graduate Award-General Studies . . . Graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Associate of Arts/Business Administration and Summa Cum Laude with an Associate of Arts/General Studies . . . Phi Theta Kappa member and CAAPS 97th Percentile in Mathematics . . . At Hallsville earned Academic All-State honors for softball and basketball and was a member of the National Honor Society, FBLA and FCA.
