Ricky Broxson will enter his first season on the Drury softball coaching staff in 2023. Broxson comes to Drury after three seasons as a softball assistant at Peru State, one year as a student assistant, and the last two as a full-time member of the coaching staff. During his last two seasons, the Bobcats produced three all-conference performers and a Gold Glove award winner within the league.

Broxson played baseball for two seasons as a pitcher at Peru State in addition to two years at Enterprise State Community College in Alabama.

Originally from Panama City, Florida, Broxson graduated from Peru State in 2020 with a degree in Kinesiology.
