A product of Har-Ber High School in Arkansas...In her senior season, Owens eclipsed 1,000 career points...Ownes was a 6A West All-Conference selection in her final high school season...The Wildcats went 22-6 in her senior season...Owens averaged 15 points per game as a junior...racked up multiple double-double performances while being named All-Conference in 6A-West...She was an All-State selection last year and was a First Team All-Conference selection as a sophomore in 2022-23 when she averaged 14 points and seven rebounds...Owens played for Shook Hoops on the Select Circuit of AAU basketball.
