Joining the Lady Panther coaching staff for 2014-15 will be Doug Hepler, a former Mount Vernon and Clever coach.
Hepler is a 1996 graduate of Evangel University who has established himself as one of the most successful prep girls basketball coaches in the Ozarks, compiling a record of 130-41 in a combined six seasons first at Mount Vernon (five years) and most recently at Clever. Hepler's Mount Vernon Lady Mountaineers captured state championships in 2010 and 2012 in addition to three district titles, as the New York native was named state Coach of the Year twice for his efforts.
