Lotti Hoffman completed her first year as a graduate assistant for the Lady Panthers and will head into her second year in that role in 2024-25.

Before she arrived at Drury, Hoffman was a student-assistant coach at Crowley's Ridge College, an NAIA program in Arkansas, that finished 2022-23 with an 18-10 record. In her final year as a player, she averaged 10.2 points, hit 41 three-pointers, and was a 37 percent shooter from behind the arc during the 2021-22 season. Hoffman started her college career at Williams Baptist and averaged six points as a freshman before transferring to Crowley's Ridge.
 
Hoffman is a product of Riverside High School in Marmaduke, Arkansas, where her father, Spencer Hoffman, was the head coach. She helped lead the girls' basketball team to a 35-win season and she hit the game-winning shot in the Class 2A state semifinals to get her squad to the championship game in her junior year. Her team went 119-29 in her four years on the varsity squad.
 
In addition to her work as a student assistant coach at Crowley's Ridge, Hoffman served as an intern with Grow The Game, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing development, networking, and other resources to college basketball student managers. She has also served as an assistant coach to the Hoopsters AAU program in Arkansas for four years.

Hoffman is currently pursuing her Master's in Nonprofit and Civic LeadershipÂ
