HIGH SCHOOL
Ellie Wells comes to Drury from Lincoln, Neb., and Pius X High School. In her final high school season, Wells averaged eight points per game and four rebounds...was a Class B All-State Honorable Mention selection...in her senior season, Pius X reached the Nebraska Class B Quarterfinals...Her team went 17-7 and 15-4 in district play, while she averaged six points and four rebounds per game as a junior. Wells shot 43 percent from the field and was named honorable mention all-state by the Lincoln Journal-Star. Played on the Nebraska Supreme AAU club team on the Select Events circuit.

Parents are Jen and Jeff Wells...born on Nov. 23, 2006...sisters, Raegan and Riley, played soccer at Washburn...father, Jeff, played football at Nebraska...majoring in Biology with a minor in Spanish
