Daughter of Vadim and Olga Monsch.
AT DRURY...
SENIOR
Stefanie, an All-Great Lakes Valley Conference selection, posted a 16-8 singles record on the season going 12-7 at No. 2 and 4-1 at No. 1 . . . In doubles play she finished the season with a 21-4 record at No. 1 with Lara Muller and was ranked sixth in the final Midwest Region ITA doubles rankings.
JUNIOR
Stefanie was one of the Panthers top players in 2013-14 and earned All-GLVC honors for the third straight season as a Panther. . . She was named an ITA Midwest Region Player to Watch and helped the Panthers claim the 2014 GLVC title. . . Monsch posted a singles mark of 18-4 going 14-3 at No. 4 singles . . . In doubles play Monsch posted an 18-6 record at No. 1 doubles with Lara Muller.
SOPHOMORE
Stefanie earned All-GLVC honors and went 16-4 in singles play at No. 4 with a 18-5 record in doubles, mostly at No. 1 ... Named ITA Midwest Region Player to Watch ... Finished the season ranked seventh in the ITA Midwest Region singles rankings and was fourth in the ITA Midwest Region doubles rankings with Beatriz Juan.
FRESHMAN
Named GLVC Freshman of the Year and was ranked fourth in the Midwest Regional rankings for doubles with teammate Beatriz Juan...The pair had a 21-3 doubles mark for the season...Monsch went 17-4 in singles action and helped DU to a "Sweet 16" finish...The Panthers finished the season ranked 23 nationally and second in the Midwest Region.
PREP...
Stefanie won several regional and national championships in her native Germany and will be one of the Panthers top newcomers this season....She is a native of Dornstetten, Germany and went to high school at Gymnasium Dornstetten.
