OUTDOOR TRACK
Finished second in the 400-meter relays (4:26.26) at the Mo State Twilight... Season best 800-meter (2:30.6) at the Central Missouri Mule Relays. 

INDOOR TRACK
Ran career bests in the mile (5:27.45) at the Rumble in the Jungle Invite and 3000-meter (10:58.27) at the Bearcat Invite... Placed eighth in the DMR (13:06.50) at the GLVC Championship.  

CROSS COUNTRY
Ran season bests in the 5000-meter (20:18.7) at the SBU Bearcat Invite and 6000-meter (23:48.1) at the GLVC Championship. 

TRIATHLON
Finished 62nd at the NCAA National Championship (1:04.23), third-fastest time in school history... Placed 38th at the NCAA West Regional Qualifier (1:10.38).

2023-24
CROSS COUNTRY
Averaged 3:55 per kilometer in five meets...ran the 12th fastest 6,000m in school history (22:43.2) at the NCAA Midwest XC Regional...ran a career-best 5,000m (19:03.3) at the UAH Chargers XC Invitationa

Averaged 4:16 per kilometer in four races...career-best 20:44.1 5k at Arkansas, 26:20.8 6k at NCAA Midwest Regionals
