Her mark of 22.56 in the 6K, was set at the 2016 Midwest Regionals, and puts her sixth all-time in the cross country record books...ran her top 5K run during the 2016 cross country season at the Southwest Baptist Invite (20.16.7)....ranks fourth all-time for both the mile (5:25.49), and the 800 Meter (2:32.02), both coming at the GLVC Indoor Championships……Ran a 4:54.83 in the outdoor 1500 Meter, good for seventh all-time, and ranks eighth all-time in the outdoor 800 with a time of 2:31.96...was All-Academic GLVC for a third time in her career.
SOPHOMORE
In cross country, was 36th at the Missouri S&T Jackling Jocks Invite with her best time of the year (21:21.1). . . Ran a 21:40.9 at the Missouri Southern Stampede.Ran a 2:31.96 in the 800 Meter good for seventh fastest outdoor time at DU coming at the Kip Janvrin Open. . . Ran a 2:39.50 in the 800 Meter good for eighth best all-time in the Indoor record books that coming at the Mizzou Intercollegiate Challenge.
FRESHMAN
Johnna posted a 44th place finish at the Missouri S&T Jackling Jocks Invite and had a top time of 20:43.21 in the Panthers opening meet at Missouri Southern where she placed 110th.

HIGH SCHOOL
Johnna ran for Liberty High School and was 45th at the state cross country meet in 2013 for Class 4 . . . Earned Honorable Mention Kansas City All-Metro Honors in 2013 . . . Helped Liberty to state in cross country and was on the ninth place 4x800 team, was was three time all-district in the 4x400...Was the class Valedictorian, a member of the National Honor Society and graduated with a 4.0 grade point average.
