A top runner for the Panthers in the 800 Meter, Katelyn won the 800 Meter at the Missouri Southern State/Bill Williams/Bob Laptad Invitational (2:19.24) and was second at the Mizzou Invitational in the 600 Meter (1:41.80) and third in the 800 Meter at the Central Missouri/Mule Relays (2:24.95) ... Her 2:23.06 in the 800 Meter at the GLVC Indoor Championships is second fastest by a Panther.

SOPHOMORE
Set the 600 yard dash indoor record at the Missouri Southern State Invitational where Katelyn ran a 1:34.44 and broke the 800 meter outdoor record at the Harding/Bison Invitational (2:17.09) and placed fourth in each of these events. . . Was third in the 800 meter at the Missouri Southern State/Bill Williams/Bob Laptad Invitational. . . Placed fifth in the 800 meter at the GLVC Outdoor Championship.

FRESHMAN
Ran the 800 meter for the Panthers with her top time of  (2:19.35) at the Wichita State/KT Woodman Meet where she placed seventh. . . Was second in the 800 meter at the Missouri S&T/Dewey Allgood Meet (2:20.01). . . Placed sixth at the Mizzou Relays (2:19.36) in the 800 meter (2:19.36). . . Ran the 600 meter at the University of Kansas Jayhawk Classic (1:44.10) and ran the 1,500 meter at the Missouri Southern State/Bill Williams/Bob Laptad (4:57.00).

Was the anchor of the 5A State Champion 4x800 Relay in 2008 while at Chaparral High School in Parker, Colorado. . . Katelyn was a four-year state qualifier in track and field and was named the MVP of the track team. . . She was a state qualifier in cross country in 2006 and 2007. . . Katelyn ran a 2:22 in the 4x800 her freshman season to finish sixth. . . Ran a 2:17 in the 4x800 her sophomore season and took first. . . Was fourth in the 4x800 her junior season and sixth in the 4x200 her senior season. . . Has best times of 5:21 in the 1600 meter, 59.5 in the 400 and 25.5 in the 200. . . Had a top time at the Liberty Bell Classic in 2008 in a 5k road race of 19:19.
