Senior season Tia finished ninth in the 5,000 meter at the Mizzou Relays (19:19.84) and was 10th at the GLVC Outdoor Championship (19:27.26) in the 5,000 meter...Ran the 3,000 meter at the Central Missouri Mule Relays (11:05.76) and placed 11th...Junior year she had her best finish at the Harding Invitational with a time of 19:37.75...Ran a 18:38 5k at Missouri Southern and a 4:56 1500 meter in 2007-08...Was third at the Pittsburg State Invitational and placed fourth at the Hendrix Invitational.

Top highschool performances were as follows: 5K- 19:03; 800M-2:22; 1600M- 5:17…At the state meet won 1st Place with a time of 19:12…Was an all-state: cross-country;2003-2006, and in track; 2004-2007… Was also all-district cross country from 2003-2006, Track 2004-2007 and Basketball 2007…Helped Harrison High School to a 4A Cross-country state championship in 2003, 4A 4x800M Relay Track State Championship in 2004& 2005, and a 4A basketball State Runner-Up finish in 2005…Ran for coach Bill Burge…Graduated with a 4.0 grade point average.
