Jarred Milligan

Jarred Milligan is in his second year as the Director of Athletic Facilities & Event Operations at Drury University.


Milligan began his career at Drury as a graduate assistant in the Athletic Department, working in internal operations and game day logistics while completing his master’s degree in Communication with a concentration in Organizational Leadership, which he earned in 2023. Upon graduation, he transitioned into the role of Event Logistics Manager for the university, assisting with campus-wide events such as graduations, concerts, internal and external facility rentals, and faculty and staff gatherings, all while continuing to support Drury Athletics in event operations.


In January 2024, he moved into a full-time position within the Athletic Department as the Director of Athletic Facilities & Event Operations. In his current role, Milligan oversees all internal and external events hosted in Drury’s athletic venues and serves as a key liaison between Athletics and various campus departments including maintenance, security, and custodial services. He is also heavily involved with game day operations, AV production, and box office support.


Originally from Lewisville, Texas, Milligan is a 2016 graduate of Lewisville High School and earned his undergraduate degree in Recreation and Sport Management from the University of Arkansas in 2021. While at Arkansas, he worked over three years with the Athletic Event Staff, contributing to game day and facility operations for football, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, and track & field.


Milligan is married to his wife, Lizzi, and the couple resides in Springfield, Missouri.
