ROLLA–Missouri S&T scored at (47:55) and (73:22) for a 2-0 GLVC win over the Drury men's soccer team in the regular season finale here on Wednesday.
Drury is now 7-8-2 overall and 7-6-2 in the GLVC and Missouri S&T moves to 10-7-1 overall and 9-5-1 in the GLVC.
Austin Parks scored the Miners early goal and the game winner early in the second half off a Ryan Lawhead assist from 20 yards out. Eduardo Abichabaki sealed the contest with a goal with 17 minutes left in regulation for his ninth goal of the year on a shot from the left wing.
The Miners had an 11-7 shot advantage on shots, had a 7-2 margin over DU for shots on goal and took eight corners to the Panthers six.
Antoine Vial and
Charles Guelly each recorded two shots for Drury.
The GLVC Tournament will start on November 1
