Panthers No. 19 In D-II Bulletin Poll, Bundy Named Preseason All-American

The Drury Panthers are No. 19 in the Preseason Top 25 National Poll and senior guard Kameron Bundy has been named a Preseason "Super 16" All-American by D-II Bulletin, the website/publication announced on Monday.

Coach Steve Hesser's Panthers are coming off a 21-9 campaign that netted a Great Lakes Valley Conference Championship and third consecutive trip to the NCAA-II tourney, an effort led by the 17.5 points and 3.5 assists per game from Bundy, who enters his final campaign at DU as the No. 25 scorer in the program's tradition-rich history with 1,219 points.

Drury is one of three Great Lakes Valley Conference teams listed in the Top 25 by D-II Bulletin, with Bellarmine at No. 5 and Indianapolis at No. 12. The Panthers will host both perennial GLVC and national contenders at the O'Reilly Family Event Center this season, with UIndy at The O' on January 14th and Bellarmine paying a visit on February 6th.

The Panthers will play Missouri Baptist in an exhibition at The O' on November 6th before opening their season officially on November 13th vs. Southwestern College. Season tickets, starting at just $105 per seat, are available now by calling (417) 873-6389.

Kids 12-and-under, as always, are free to all DU home regular season athletic events!
