Arkansas-Ft. Smith pounded out 19 hits with three homers for a 16-4 victory to snap a four game winning streak by the Drury baseball Panthers Sunday at Meador Park.
Drury is now 4-6 and Arkansas-Ft. Smith improved to 11-7.
The Lions wasted little time getting started with scoring three runs on two hits in the opening inning.   
Conner Wilson pulled the Panthers to within a run in the Panther first with a two run homer to left center to plate 
Dylan Bradshaw.
Kasey Cooper followed up for UAFS in the top of the third with a two run shot over the 380 mark in center to extend the Lions lead to 5-2.  A balk, an RBI groundout and an RBI double followed up to wrap up a five run on five hit third inning for an 8-2 Ft. Smith lead.
Fort Smith added a run in the fourth and two more in the fifth to make it 11-2.  Jacob Leal homered for the Lions in the sixth to make it 12-2 and UAFS added two runs in the seventh and two in the eighth.  Drury added two runs in the bottom of the ninth on a Stephen Alonso RBI fly out and a RBI single by 
Spencer Wilmes to plate 
Dyllon Williams.
Drury finished with seven hits two each from Bradshaw and Wilson and one each for 
Nathan Schweppe, 
Spencer Wilmes and Williams. 
Luke Burnidge (1-2) received the loss with Clayton Whelchel (1-0) earning the win for UAFS.
Drury will host Missouri Western on Tuesday at Meador Park in doubleheader action set to start at 3 p.m.
