CENTRAL, S.C.-- Drury picked up a pair of wins in a doubleheader during their spring break trip to South Carolina as the Panthers blanked Southern Wesleyan 5-0 and won game two 4-1 in Central, South Carolina on Tuesday.

In game one, Hailly Greenough fired a three-hit shutout to improve to 3-2. The junior college transfer from Sierra Vista, Arizona walked five and struck out three in the win. Madison Hecker belted a home run and scored twice while
Kelley Conway went 2 for 3 with a run, a double and an RBI.

The Panthers took game two as Hecker homered again in the second game and added a double going 3 for 4 with two runs and two RBI's. Greenough went 2 for 3 at the plate with an RBI. Madison Resch (2-4) got the win going seven innings and allowed six hits with no walks and seven strikeouts. Â

Drury raised their record to 5-9 and dropped Southern Wesleyan to 5-18.Â

The Panthers travel to Owensboro, Kentucky on Thursday as they take on Kentucky Wesleyan in a doubleheader that starts at noon.
