LEBANON, Ill.- McKendree scored three runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to come from behind and defeat Drury 7-6 on Wednesday at Hypes Field in Lebanon, Illinois.

The Bearcats tied the game at 6-6 on an RBI single by Andrew Aydt and took the lead on Collin Holton's sacrifice fly.

Drury had a 4-0 lead heading into the bottom of the fifth, but McKendree pulled within one with three runs in the frame. The Panthers answered with two runs in the sixth, taking advantage of two errors by the Bearcats. McKendree scored a run in the bottom half of the inning before their three-run seventh.Â

K.K. Daniel went 2 for 3 for Drury while
Austin Hoegerl had a triple and three RBI's.

Matt Klosterman went 3 for 5 with an RBI to lead McKendree.

The Panthers dropped to 5-10 while McKendree improved to 4-11. Â

Drury returns home for a four-game weekend series against Davenport (Mich.). The two teams will play a single game on Friday at 3 p.m., then a noon doubleheader on Saturday and a single game starting at noon on Sunday at U.S. Baseball Park in Ozark.
