ST LOUIS - The Drury Baseball Panthers wrapped up their GLVC road series with a 10-6 win to make it a clean sweep at McKendree Saturday.

Drury improved to 29-21 overall and 21-12 in the GLVC and McKendree fell to 11-38 overall and 8-25 in the league.

McKendree opened the games scoring with a pair of runs in the bottom of the second, but after a scoreless third the Panthers five runs over the next three innings highlighted by a three run two hit fifth inning to lead 4-2.  McKendree pulled to within a run in the bottom half of the fifth on an RBI single.  Both teams traded runs in the sixth with Cole Dunham hitting home Jackson Dierenfeldt for the Panthers.

Drury put the game out of reach with four runs in the eighth and one in the ninth.  McKendree scored two runs in the final frame to close out the contest.

Leading the Panthers, who finished with 14 hits, was Aaron Mann who went 3-for-5 with three RBIs, and scored a run. 

Next up for the Drury baseball Panthers will be the Great Lakes Valley Conference Tournament to be held at US Baseball Park in Ozark on May 9-12.
