SPRINGFIELD, Mo.– #18 Tara Simon scored in the second half to give the Drury Panthers a 1-0 win over Illinois Springfield on Sunday at Harrison Stadium in Springfield.
 
The win gives Drury an 12-4-1 record with a 10-3-1 mark in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. Their 12 wins is the most the program has had since 2009. Illinois Springfield fell to 7-7-2 and 5-7-1 in the GLVC. This concludes the regular season for the Panthers as they get ready for the GLVC Tournament that begins next week.  
 
Simon's goal came in the 65^th minute of play as she notched her third score of the season.  
 
The Panthers head into the GLVC tournament next week that begins on November 7^th.
