EVANSVILLE, Ind.—The Drury Panthers won their fourth straight game with a 2-0 win at Southern Indiana on Sunday. Drury improved to 6-3 and dropped Southern Indiana to 4-4-1 on the season.
The Panthers struck early as
Joshua Lewis-Evans scored in the contest's fifth minute to give Drury an early lead. It was the fourth goal in the last three games for Lewis-Evans. The Panthers carried the 1-0 lead into halftime, then took a 2-0 advantage in the 57
th when
Aaron Dowsett scored his first goal of the season.
Adem Hamdaoua assisted on both goals.
Yannick Lamers had six saves in goal as he picked up the shutout for the Panthers.
Drury returns home on Thursday when they host Indianapolis at 12:30 pm at Harrison Stadium.
