BOLIVAR, Mo.— Drury ended their regular season with a sweep of Southwest Baptist on Friday at the Meyer Sports Center in Bolivar.
The Panthers went to 9-9 while Southwest Baptist ended their season 3-13.
Drury won the opening set 25-19, cruised to a 25-15 win in the second set, and closed out the match, winning the third 25-20.
Ali Jansen led the Panthers with 12 kills and recorded a .455 hitting percentage in the match.
Chloe Rear had 24 assists, and
Kayla Allison recorded 21 digs, while
Makina Wratten contributed three blocks.
Ashley Lasher led Southwest Baptist with eight kills.
Drury is ranked ninth in the Great Lakes Valley Conference's Point Rating System. The Panthers could move up depending on the outcome of games Friday night and Saturday. The top eight teams advance to the GLVC Tournament April 16-18 in East Peoria, Ill.
