WICHITA, Kan. – The Drury Panthers won for the fourth time in five matches with a 3-0 win at Newman in Wichita, Kansas, on Tuesday.
Drury improved to 4-5 while dropping the Jets to 5-4.
The Panthers won the first two sets 25-21, then closed out the win with a 25-22 win in the third.
Salma Lewis led Drury with 12 kills, while
Chloe Rear had 28 assists, 10 digs and four blocks.
Juliana Squire added 17 digs for the Panthers and
Kayli Duncan contributed three solo blocks and had a block assist.
Drury is back at home this weekend when they host Southern Nazarene at 6 pm on Friday, and Southeastern Oklahoma State on Saturday at 1 pm. Both matches are in the O'Reilly Family Event Center.
