Drury faces two GAC opponents in a tune-up for conference play
The Drury Panthers will continue their season at home as they host two members of the Great American Conference in Southern Nazarene on Friday and Southeastern Oklahoma St. on Saturday at the O'Reilly Family Event Center.
 
The Panthers take on Southern Nazarene on Friday at 6 pm, then turn around the next day and face Southeastern Oklahoma St. on Saturday at 1 pm.
 
Drury enters these two matches on a three-game winning streak and a 4-1 record in their last five matches. Three of the wins came from a solid showing in the Drury/SBU Invitational as well as a win over Newman on Tuesday in Wichita, Kansas. The Panthers' only loss last week came at the hands of ninth-ranked Southwest Minnesota St.
 
Southern Nazarene enters Friday's matchup 4-5. Southeastern Oklahoma St. is 1-8. The most recent game for both teams was against each other, where Southern Nazarene at home won in five sets (24-26, 25-17, 26-28, 25-19, 15-8).
 
Southeastern Oklahoma St. will face Southwest Baptist on Friday before traveling 30 miles southeast to the O'Reilly Family Event Center to face the Panthers on Saturday, whereas Southern Nazarene will trade places and travel to Southwest Baptist after their match against Drury.
 
After this weekend, Drury travels to Kirksville, Missouri on Friday to take on Truman St. at 6 pm, and then will head to Liberty, Missouri on Saturday to take on William Jewell at 3 pm.
