CHESTERFIELD, Mo.— The Drury Panthers blanked their opponent for the fourth time this season with a 7-0 win over Missouri-St. Louis at the Forest Lake Tennis Club in Chesterfield on Friday.
 
Drury went to 7-4 and dropped the Tritons to 6-4 in a non-conference match.
 
The Panthers took a 1-0 lead winning two doubles matches and taking the third by default. Ewe Samberger/Kseniia Eremina won to go to 8-2, while Maria Fernanda De la Torre Ugarte Espejo/Clara Kuehnle went to 9-2 with their win.
 
Drury won all five singles matches and took a sixth by default. Alma Abazi went to 10-1 this season with a 6-2, 6-2, win over Anna Favaron in the number four position. Clara Kuehlne defeated Maja Lietzau in the second singles position 6-4, 7-5, for her fourth straight win. Nastasia Jedrychowski, Ewe Samberger, and Leana Chanova all earned wins in two sets.
 
The Panthers continue the road trip on Saturday with a noon match at Illinois Springfield.
