Panthers take on Truman State 
Drury concludes their two-game road trip on Saturday when they face Truman State in Kirksville for a 3 pm game.
 
The Panthers are 10-6 and 3-5 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. Drury will be looking to bounce back from an 86-71 loss at Upper Iowa on Thursday.
 
Truman State has won their last two games and is 6-9 with a 3-4 record in the GLVC. The Bulldogs won at home on Thursday, 84-58, over Southwest Baptist.
 
Logan Applegate leads Drury, averaging 15.2 points. The sophomore from Nevada ranks 10th in the conference in scoring, and leads the conference in three-pointers made, hitting 2.8 per game. Applegate is averaging 24.7 points in his last three games. Juok Riak averages 14.7 points and is second in the GLVC in field goal percentage (.636).
 
Drury leads the all-time series 12-10 but have lost the last two meetings. The Panthers have not played in Kirksville since the 2017-18 season. Their game at Truman State in 2021-22 was canceled due to complications from COVID-19.
