Panthers travel to Rockhurst to open KC tripÂ
The Drury Panthers travel to Rockhurst on Thursday as they start a two-game road trip to Kansas City.

Drury has won their last two games and enters Thursday's game with a 12-8 record and a 5-7 mark in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. The Panthers are coming off a 79-66 win at Southwest Baptist on Saturday and ended a homestand on Jan. 27 with a 74-59 win over Illinois Springfield.

Rockhurst is 10-11 and 6-7 in the conference. The Hawks lost at Illinois Springfield 92-69 on Saturday in their last game, but two nights earlier, won at Quincy 92-69.

Thursday's game is the second meeting between the two teams this season. The Panthers won the earlier game this season, 89-79, on Jan. 6 in the O'Reilly Family Event. Drury leads the all-time series 80-46 in a rivalry that dates back nearly a century.

Logan Applegate leads Drury, averaging 15.5 points. The sophomore from Nevada, Missouri, has made 55 three's, third-most in the GLVC and he ranks fourth in the league in steals with 1.8 per game.
