Panthers back home to face SBU on Sunday
The Drury Panthers will be back at home this weekend as they host rivals Southwest Baptist at Thompson Field in Springfield in a doubleheader on Sunday, April 14^th at noon.

The Panthers are 23-18 and 11-5 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference, riding an 11-game winning streak, their longest since 2022, into a doubleheader against Southwest Baptist. Drury picked up victories over Quincy and Illinois Springfield last weekend with two of the four games being decided via run-rule.

Southwest Baptist heads into the match-up 16-24 and 5-11 in conference play. The Bearcats went 2-2 last weekend, losing both to Illinois Springfield then sweeping Quincy.

Drury has gone 22-9 all-time against the Bearcats and have won eight straight against the Bearcats dating back to the 2021 season.

The Panthers continue their final home stand next weekend against Rockhurst on Saturday, April 20^th and William Jewell on Sunday, the 21^st.
