SPRINGFIELD, Mo.— Drury extended their winning streak to 12 games with a win in game one, but had the streak snapped with a game two loss as the Panthers split a doubleheader with Southwest Baptist on Sunday at Thompson Field in Springfield. Drury won the first game 4-2, then fell short in game two, 3-1.

Drury moved their record to 24-19 and 12-6 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. The Bearcats went to 17-25 and 6-12 in the GLVC.

Southwest Baptist added a run in the sixth and loaded the bases in the bases in the top of the seventh, but Drury hung on as Kaley Adzick got a ground ball to end the game. Adzick (8-3) got the win, while Emma Kreigel (7-9) took the loss.
