SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Drury men's soccer wraps up Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) play on Friday at Southwest Baptist. Kickoff is set for 1:30 p.m. in Bolivar, Mo.
The Panthers are coming off another six-point weekend, topping William Jewell 2-1 and defeating No. 18 Rockhurst 1-0. Drury enters the final weekend of the regular season looking to secure a spot in the GLVC Tournament
The Panthers (6-4-3) sit five spots ahead of the Bearcats (3-7-2) in the GLVC standings. Drury has not lost to Southwest Baptist, holding a perfect 11-0 all-time record in the series.
Drury controls its own postseason fate – win and you're in. A victory on Friday would guarantee at least the No. 8 seed in the GLVC tournament. A tie or a loss would leave the Panthers relying on other results around the league.
Friday's matchup will be carried live on Great Lakes Valley Conference Sports Network (GLVCSN.com).
