SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - The Drury Baseball team is ranked in the initial NCAA-II Midwest Regional rankings, which were released Wednesday (April 23).
 
The first ranking of the year lists the teams in alphabetical order. The top nine teams in the region are listed. Seven teams will reach the NCAA-II Midwest Regional Tournament, which will take place May 15-18. The Panthers are looking to make their first regional appearance since 2019.
 
The Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) has the most teams listed in the rankings with four. Including Drury, Lewis, Indianapolis, and Illinois-Springfield are the other three teams representing the GLVC.
 
Drury will open their weekend series against McKendree on Friday at 6 pm. The game is being played at Mark Worley Field at Meador Park in Springfield.
