Springfield, MO – Mother Nature shut down day two of the ACA Pickwick Slam in Florence, AL, but the Panthers still finished with solid results to keep their season on an impressive pace.

The boat of freshmen Jacob Longlois and Seth Prather were the top Panthers team on the weekend, finishing with 18.33 lbs., good enough for 30^th place out of 280 teams. Not far behind was the team of freshmen Ways Raasch and Ethan Thoele with 17.22 lbs. and a 48^th place finish, followed by Freshman Jackson Clow and Junior Curt Ferguson in 61^st place with 15.67 lbs. and Senior Laindree Richardson and Junior Brendan Black in 63^rd place with 15.33 lbs.

The Panthers next head to Decatur, AL and Wheeler Lake for the Major League Fishing National Championship, April 9-11.
