MARSHALL, Minn. – The Division Two Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) announced their 2025 Baseball All-American teams on May 28. Drury third baseman,
Jackson Crider, was named to the team as an honorable mention.
48 student-athletes were named to either the first, second, or third team All-America squad while 16 were named honorable mention. The CCA All-America and All-Region baseball teams, which are selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC) from schools playing Division II baseball, were first established in 2007. This is the ninth year in which the program is solely sponsored by the Division II Conference Commissioners Association.
The Redshirt Freshman from San Antonio, Texas, led the entire Midwest region in batting average with .434, on-base percentage with .548, hits with 82, and hit by pitches with 29. Earlier this month, Crider was named to the all-region first team by the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) and the D2CCA. He was also a unanimous first-team all-Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) selection.
Crider's .434 average was 12th in the nation. He was also in the top ten in the country in hit-by-pitches (7th) and on-base percentage (9th). His 82 hits were the 39th most in the country.
Crider is the first Drury player to be named to the all-American team since 2022 when Nikko Calabro was second team as a utility player. He is the seventh different player to earn an all-American.
There were three Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) players to be selected. Lewis' Mickey Kocen is on the second team and Illinois Springfield's Ivan Dahlberg was an honorable mention with Crider.
Drury's season ended in the GLVC Tournament with a 33-23 overall record.
