AUSTIN, Texas—The College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced their 2025 Academic All-American team. Drury left fielder
Sophia Luetticke earned first-team honors.
To be eligible for the honor, you must be at least a sophomore with a 3.50 GPA and play in at least 90% of the team's games.
Luetticke is the first Drury softball player to earn Academic All-American honors. She is the only Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) player to earn one of the 33 spots on the three teams represented by NCAA-II.
The junior left fielder from Chillicothe led the team in batting average (.370), hits (71), runs (55), OPS (.933), slugging percentage (.500), and stolen bases (49). This season, Luetticke earned first-team all-GLVC, first-team all-region from the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA), and second-team all-region from the Division Two Conference Commissions Associations (D2CCA).
Luetticke graduated with her undergraduate degree in Marketing this spring with a 4.0 grade point average (GPA).
The Panthers' season ended in the Saginaw Regional Championship against Saginaw Valley State. Drury had a 35-23 record, including a regular-season GLVC title.
