SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Drury women's soccer dropped its first game of the season on Friday night to Washburn, 3-1, at Harrison Stadium in Springfield.
Washburn started the scoring early in the game off a fast break, giving the Icabods an early lead in the 14th minute.
The Icabods added another one in the 52nd minute from Leah Henke, her second of the night. Drury answered six minutes later off a
Keira Love goal from 25 yards on the bender to shrink the deficit to one.
Washburn put a ribbon on the game in the 75th minute with their third goal of the game.
