Drury Slotted Third in GLVC Men’s Golf Preseason Poll

INDIANAPOLIS – The Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) announced the 2026 Men's Golf Preseason Poll. Drury was voted by the league coaches to finish third in the 13-team conference.
 
The Panthers received 110 points, trailing Missouri-St. Louis (136 points, four first-place votes) and Missouri S&T (134 points, nine first-place votes). Indianapolis placed one spot behind Drury with 105 points.
 
Entering the spring season, Drury is 59th in the nation and 11th in the Midwest region. The Panthers finished their fall season with a second-place finish in the Arch Cup and a third-place finish in the Midwest Collegiate. In the fall, the Panthers were led by Ellton Bostrom, who averaged a 72.9 in 14 rounds, headlined by a 67 (-5) in the third round of the UIndy Fall Invite, tied for the fourth-best round in program history.
 
The spring season opens in Myrtle Beach on March 9 in the Pawley's Island Classic hosted by Ohio Dominican at the Myrtle Beach Golf Club.
