SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Drury travels to St. Louis for their first full GLVC weekend on the road. The road trip starts on Saturday with a doubleheader at Maryville before traveling to No. 16 McKendree on Sunday afternoon.
The Panthers are coming off a split with Emporia State on Tuesday in Springfield. Drury took game one behind a strong third inning. The second game was all Hornets from the jump as Emporia won 10-3.
Maryville is riding a three-game winning streak entering the weekend, including a sweep of William Jewell last weekend. McKendree has not lost a game since March 7, a ten-game winning streak for the Bearcats.

- McKendree's Sami Huck was the national pitcher of the week, named on Tuesday. Huck went 5-0 in the circle with a 0.97 ERA. Earlier this season, Huck had a 20-strikeout no-hitter.
- Lauren Harris, McKendree, was an NFCA Performer of the Week with Cochran. Harris hit .500 with 13 hits and five home runs.
- Kaley Adzick has been the top pitcher for Drury so far. She has posted a 2.21 ERA in 11 games this season.
- Jordyn Foley enters the weekend ten strikeouts away from 100 in her Drury career.
- Reece Anderson and Gabrielle Bax are both at 50 in NCAA Division II in assists and assists per game. Anderson is sixth in assists with 79 and second in assists per game with 3.43. Bax is 43rd in assists with 59 and 33rd in assists per game with 2.57.
