Hailee Vigneaux will enter her second year as assistant coach in 2021. The Ozark native served as a volunteer assistant at Kickapoo in 2019 before joining the Panthers.
 
Vigneaux played four seasons at Missouri State and was a three-year starter after starting in half of the games during her freshman season. She hit .270 as a senior and was tied for the team lead with 17 stolen bases. Her best season came in 2017 when, as a junior, she hit .327, and she ended her career hitting .282. Vigneaux was on the Missouri Valley Conference Honor Roll every year of her career and was named a Scholar-Athlete by the National Fast-Pitch Coaches Association three times.
 
An area stand-out in high school, Vigneaux was a two-time All-State selection in Class 4, was named a First Team All-Central Ozark Conference performer three times, and was twice named to the All-Ozarks squad. She set an all-time school record with 70 stolen bases and finished her high school career ranked second at Ozark in career hits with 151 and runs scored with 115. In 2012, she played a key role in Ozark’s state runner-up finish in Class 4.
 
Vigneaux graduated from Missouri State in 2018 with a degree in Family & Consumer Science Education.
